The Ministry of Health and Welfare has established certification criteria for innovative pharmaceutical companies, divided into leading and emerging categories.
The criteria for each category were established following an amendment to the Enforcement Decree of the parent law.
The minister of health and welfare must notify applicant companies of the certification decision and the reason for it.
