U.S.-based Kyverna Therapeutics released 1-year long-term data for miv-cel in patients with stiff-person syndrome (SPS). The median improvement on the 25-foot walk test among 26 patients was 49%, slightly higher than the 46% at Week 16. Kyverna will add the data to its rolling submission to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is working to complete the filing in the fourth quarter.
