The U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) announced the specialty drug products subject to a 0% tariff rate. The list includes orphan drugs, cell and gene therapies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Products manufactured in eligible jurisdictions, including South Korea, will receive duty-free treatment starting Sept. 29.
