Hengrui Medicine’s HER2 ADC, Ivydah, reduced the risk of disease progression by 67% in a phase 3 colorectal cancer trial. The median progression-free survival (mPFS) was 5.5 months in the Ivydah group, nearly twice the 2.8 months reported in the standard-treatment group. Based on this approval, Hengrui Medicine has begun a phase 3 trial to develop the drug as a first-line treatment.
