Osung Advanced Materials will sell 2,343,750 shares of Hwail Pharmaceutical held by the company over the counter to Pharma & Bio New Technology Investment Association.
The stake covered by the agreement is 27.84%, with Osung Advanced Materials transferring 1,654,020 shares and Kumho HT transferring 689,730 shares, respectively.
Osung Advanced Materials will retain a 42.10% stake in Hwail Pharmaceutical after the agreement.
