Swiss pharmaceutical company Roche said its Lunsumio combination therapy met the primary endpoint in a phase 3 follicular lymphoma trial.
The Lunsumio plus lenalidomide combination significantly improved progression-free survival compared with the rituximab plus lenalidomide combination.
Based on the results, Roche plans to convert the existing accelerated approval to full approval and pursue entry into the second-line treatment setting.
