Inventera has filed a U.S. investigational new drug (IND) application for INV-003, a contrast agent for magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP).
The trial will evaluate the safety and tolerability of the agent in up to 30 adults with biliary tract or pancreatic diseases.
Inventera plans to identify the maximum tolerated dose and determine the recommended dose for Phase 2.
