Bion Medicines has entered into a voluntary agreement with the U.S. government. Under the agreement, the company secured an exemption from Section 232 pharmaceutical tariffs based on its manufacturing investment in the United States. Bion Medicines will make an additional $300 million investment in its Hopewell, New Jersey, facility, bringing its total U.S. manufacturing investment to more than $1 billion.
