Biwon Medicines confirmed improved overall survival in a phase 3 trial of Ziheera in combination with chemotherapy as a first-line treatment for HER2-positive gastroesophageal cancer. The Ziheera-chemotherapy combination showed a statistically significant overall survival benefit compared with trastuzumab plus chemotherapy. Biwon Medicines plans to submit these results to a major scientific conference in the fourth quarter of 2026.
