Denmark-based Ascendis has settled a patent dispute with U.S.-based BioMarin and will pay royalties. Ascendis will pay BioMarin 20% of U.S. net sales of Voxzogo, a treatment for achondroplasia, through May 2030. BioMarin will withdraw the lawsuit and grant Ascendis rights to use patents related to Voxzogo.
