Vuno has decided to conduct a rights offering by issuing 6.3 million common shares. With a planned issue price of 4,980 won per share, the offering will raise a total of 31.3 billion won. Vuno plans to use 20 billion won of the proceeds to repay debt and allocate the remainder to operating expenses and other purposes.
