Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania reported 10-year follow-up results for the CAR-T cell therapy tisagenlecleucel. At a median follow-up of 10 years, more than one-third of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma remained relapse-free. The researchers said no patients experienced relapse after 5.4 years.
