Alteogen has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement for ALT-B4 with an undisclosed partner for up to $365 million (approximately 521.9 billion won), plus separate sales royalties. Alteogen will receive an upfront payment within 30 days of the agreement’s effective date. The company expects royalty revenue after the product is approved.
