The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) is recalling imported Bragg Liquid Aminos soy sauce after 3-MCPD was detected at 0.08 mg/kg, four times the permitted limit. The recall applies to 624 kg of the U.S.-made product (473 mL) imported by Core Landmark, with an expiration date of Sept. 18, 2027. The MFDS urged consumers to stop consuming the product and return it. Additional reports can be submitted by calling 1399.
