Pfizer’s oral JAK inhibitor Litfulo met the coprimary endpoints in phase 3 trials for nonsegmental vitiligo. The trials included two studies in patients aged 12 years and older and adults, and the Litfulo group showed statistically significant improvements versus placebo at week 52 on F-VASI75 and T-VASI50. Based on these results, Pfizer plans to seek approval for adults from global regulatory agencies and plans to present additional data at a future medical meeting.
