Peptron has applied to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) for approval of the Phase 1 clinical trial protocol for its obesity treatment candidate PT403. The trial will evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single subcutaneous dose of PT403 in 22 healthy adults. Peptron said it will disclose related information if the clinical trial protocol is approved.
