AI drug developer Moleculargnosis increased protein expression 200-fold using AI technology and correctly identified 26 of 30 PD-L1-targeting nanobody candidates in experiments. In addition, an AI-designed TNFα-targeting nanobody achieved a strong binding affinity of 51 picomolar (pM). The company plans to use its proprietary AI platform to shift the drug development paradigm from conventional “molecule screening” to “molecule design.”
