Insilico Medicine’s AI-discovered cancer drug ISM6331 has received FDA Fast Track designation as a treatment for malignant pleural mesothelioma. The designation is the first in Insilico’s AI pipeline and recognizes ISM6331’s potential to treat mesothelioma. The drug previously received orphan drug designation in June 2024, and Phase 1 results will be presented at ESMO in 2026.
