Inocare’s oral psoriasis drug, “paduclavacitinib,” met the primary endpoint in a phase 3 clinical trial. In an earlier phase 2 trial, 78.6% of patients experienced at least a 75% improvement in symptoms at week 12; the drug works by blocking cytokine signaling, including IL-23 and IL-12. The company plans to submit an application for regulatory approval after completing the phase 3 study.
